At Project Everlast, we know that navigating services can be overwhelming. That’s why we offer Central Access Navigation, a personalized approach to connecting young people with the supports they need. Our Central Access Navigator helps each young person identify and access the right mix of services, ensuring they work together to create a tailored system of support.
Youth Engagement
Youth engagement and leadership are at the heart of everything we do. We focus on connection to self, group, and community while helping young adults grow through skill-building, leadership development, and advocacy.
