Place-based Family Resource Centers house a BRIDGE navigator who works with the supporting organization to bridge families and community resources. Currently, The BRIDGE has Community Navigators at:

- Central Middle School (Millard)
- Bluestem Middle School (Omaha)
- Nathan Hale Middle School (Omaha)
- Ralston Middle School
- Westside Middle School
